Winnipeg Jewish Theatre is proud to present our 36th season of shows curated by our new Artistic Director, Dan Petrenko. The season celebrates friendship in all its forms of being – from new friends to old, from unlikely links to matches made in heaven.
The Mainstage season features 3 productions, opening with the world-premiere of Pals, a new fast-paced comedy, originally developed at WJT and directed by Jillian Keiley.
We are proud to present the Canadian premiere of Address Unknown – an eye-opening off-Broadway two-hander play that looks at the past and cautions the present.
The season will close with a production of Jason Robert Brown’s song cycle, Songs for a New World.
In addition to our Mainstage season, we are thrilled to introduce a Limited Musical Series, in which we invite Jewish performers and artists from across the country to share powerful stories through song.
